  • Two kinds of postDaily Food for meal photos and Daily Blog for food guides, recipes and tips, each with its own place on the site.
  • Easy to removeManagers can delete a post from the website in a couple of taps.

The problem

Parents and nursery managers love seeing what the children are eating. HungryMoose shares photos of breakfast, lunch and tea every day, but each one had to be posted by hand, one platform at a time.

The website missed out completely. Hundreds of meal photos lived only on Instagram, where they didn't help anyone searching for a children's caterer.

What we changed

We made the website the starting point. Staff sign in to HungryMooseHub on their phone, choose the meal, take the photo and press post. The app handles the rest and tells the managers who posted what.

We also brought every Instagram post since February 2025 onto the website, turning a year and a half of cooking into searchable pages.

What happens when they press post

  1. A new page on hungrymoose.co.ukFiled under Daily Food, shown on the home page.
  2. Instagram and FacebookPosted straight to both HungryMoose accounts.
  3. Google Business ProfileKeeps their Google listing fresh for local searches.
  4. An email to the managersShowing who posted, so nothing goes out unseen.
